We ship all orders from our own warehouse in the Netherlands using a reliable carrier. You will always receive a track & trace code.

When do we ship?

Orders received on a business day are generally dispatched on the same or the next business day. If you order during the weekend or on a public holiday, your package will be processed on the next business day.

Good to know

• Not at home? The delivery driver will try again or leave your package with the neighbors or at a pickup point.
• Pickup at our location is not possible.
• Please check your address when ordering. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we are happy to send it again. We may charge additional shipping costs for this.
• Do you want to return something? Please read our cooling-off period and money-back guarantee.
