Not satisfied, or changed your mind? You can return your order within 90 days of receipt.

How to return

  1. Register your return via info@mister33.com and include your order number.
  2. Fill in the return form and put it in the parcel.
  3. Send the parcel to: MISTER33.COM, Grotestraat 54, 5358 BZ Huisseling, the Netherlands.
  4. Within 3 days of receiving and assessing your return, we refund the purchase amount to the payment method used for your order.

Conditions

  • Products must be unopened, unused and in their original, undamaged packaging. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept opened bottles, jars, tubes or packaging.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Returns received more than 90 days after receipt cannot be accepted.
  • If you return your complete order within 14 days, we also refund the original standard shipping costs.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. Please return the product and place a new order.

Damaged or incorrect delivery

Received a damaged or incorrect product? Please contact customer service first. You can return it free of charge, and we will refund both the purchase amount and the return shipping costs.
