You don't have to worry when you buy products from us. We are sure that you will be happy with your purchase, however if for any reason you change your mind, simply return the unopened (and undamaged) product in its original packaging and within 30 days, and we will issue a full refund.

To easily arrange all this, you can find the return form here . Send the completed form with the return shipment, and send us an email about the upcoming return shipment before you send it. Then everything will be arranged quickly.

We will refund the amount you paid for your purchase from us as soon as possible, within a maximum of 30 days after assessment of the returned goods. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs. Returns received more than 30 days after the purchase will not be accepted.

For hygienic reasons, our products (shaving foam, aftershave cream, face cream, shampoo, etc.) may only be returned unopened and in their original packaging. We cannot accept returns of opened containers, jars, tubes or bottles. We reserve the right to refuse returns.

Damaged deliveries can be returned free of charge. Please contact customer service in advance. In the event that the wrong product has been sent to you, we will refund the amount you paid for your purchase with us and any costs incurred for returning the wrong item will also be refunded once we have received the return.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your MISTER33 products we offer you a 30 day return service, free of charge. However all items must be returned to us in mint saleable condition. They must be returned unused and in their original, undamaged packaging.
